Fergus is our pantry mascot and guardian. He loves all humans, especially kids. He is always up for a play and loves to chase the ball. He is super smart and knows many commands. Perhaps you can even teach him something new?

Words and phrases that Fergus already knows:
“Sit”
“Drop” (to laydown)
“Where’s your ball?” & “Go get it”
“Let go” (to drop the ball)
“Give” (to put the ball in your hand)
We kindly ask that you do not feed Ferg any food from the pantry, especially bread. He can have one or two dog treats, if he’s a good boy and follows your commands, but please do not over feed him. We don’t want him to get fat or sick!

Sometimes Fergus does bark, especially at other dogs. We are working on this behaviour but we need your help. We ask that you please ignore him when he’s barking as we don’t want to encourage this. We apologies for any disruption or fear this may cause. It is just how he says hello and asks for attention. I assure you that he is not at all an aggressive dog, despite what his bark may imply.
